Same-Day Registration and Check-In

If you attend the conference, you must register and check-in. You can register ahead of time online by following the link above, or you can register in-person with cash or check only, made out to University of Wisconsin-Madison. Check-in to receive your conference badge and packet.

Registration and check-in will take place in Rm 3160 Vilas Hall. Use the Park St. entrance at the corner of University Ave. and Park St.

Early in-person registration: 4:00 – 6:00pm, Monday, August 19th.

Same-day in-person registration: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday, August 20th-22nd.

Prices

UW students who are not giving a paper can register for free.
 
General Public and Faculty: $175.00
 
Non-UW Students: $125.00
